New Construction and Maintenance: Lexur provided appraisal staff and support personnel to value approximately 35,000 valuation changes as part of the annual update of the appraisal records for 2007 thru 2011.
Triennial Update: Lexur is providing appraisal staff and personnel to assist the County in completing the Triennial update for 2008. As part of the effort, Lexur will be providing appraisers to handle taxpayer inquires at a series of neighborhood meetings conducted by the Auditor's office.
Revaluation for 2011: Lexur is working with the Franklin County Auditor's office staff to complete the sexxenial reappraisal for 415,000 parcels for January 1, 2011.
