Lexur Appraisal Services is an operating division of Lexur Enterprises, Inc. a privately owned Ohio Corporation headquartered in Montgomery County (Dayton), Ohio. Formed in 2005, Lexur's principals have over 90 years of experience in the mass appraisal industry serving Ohio counties over that entire period of time. Lexur is registered with the Ohio Department of Taxation and is approved to perform Mass Appraisal Services for Ohio Counties. Lexur is a Platinum Partner of the County Auditor's Association of Ohio (CAAO).

Indiana, for 325,000 parcels.He has

multi-faceted technology into the mass appraisal process. Dan has worked to
integrate geographic information systems, aerial photography, street level
photography, oblique photography, and CAMA system information into a single
process to enhance the appraisal process.

Mr. Fry has over 29 years experience in the mass appraisal business.This includes various responsibilities
related to the senior management of mass appraisal services, Ohio
software systems development, implementation and support, and Ohio sales management.
Mr. Fry started his career in 1980 at Cole-Layer-Trumble
Company in the accounting field.He
graduated through a number of promotions over his 15 year career at CLT
including the Managing Director of the Company's technology division where he
was responsible for the management and direction of the Company's software
products.In 1996, Mr. Fry joined Manatron
as Vice President of the Ohio Region where he was responsible for all business
aspects of the Company's largest Region, including financial, sales/marketing,
software development and support as well as client relations.Mr. Fry was instrumental in helping the
Company win the largest contract ever awarded in the appraisal industry, the
$24 million reappraisal of Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania.Mr. Fry was responsible for starting
Manatron's Internet division and growing it to national recognition in three
years.Mr. Fry ended his career at
Manatron as the Senior Vice President of Ohio Property where he was responsible
for the senior management of the Company's appraisal division as well as Ohio system software
development, support, and implementation.
In 2005, Mr. Fry and his partners started Lexur Appraisal
Services in an effort to address the mass appraisal needs of Ohio
Counties.Mr. Fry is currently serving
as Chief Financial Officer of the Company responsible for the business
operations of the Company as well as client relations.
